I am the composer/arranger for Stratofibre, a quartet that thrives on rhythmic/melodic interplay and intuitive interaction often seeing the four players improvising simultaneously. The music incorporates modern jazz, Afro-Brazilian, and specific world grooves incorporated in my originals as well as standards by Miles Davis, Leonard Cohen, Charlie Mingus, and Antonio Jobim.
